Yuri Hirai

Yuri HIRAI is a Project Assistant Professor at the Policy Alternatives Research Institute (PARI). She received both her MS degree in Integrated Biosciences and Doctor of Engineering degree from the University of Tokyo. She was a Visiting Researcher at the Policy Alternatives Research Institute, the University of Tokyo, and a Visiting Scholar at Purdue University as an Overseas Researcher at the Institute of Intellectual Property.
