Yuki Sano

Yuki Sano is a Project Researcher at the Institute for Future Initiatives, University of Tokyo. Her research focus centers on the role of intermediaries in envisioning a sustainable food supply chain. She completed her Ph.D. in Agriculture at the University of Tokyo, where her dissertation focused on the part of the intermediated market (wholesale markets in Japan and producer cooperatives in the Netherlands) and its institutional conditions in the horticultural supply chain.
