Overview

This workshop aims to foster an interdisciplinary dialogue on the governance of climate interventions. With climate intervention technologies such as carbon dioxide removal (CDR) and solar radiation modification (SRM) moving from theoretical discussion to practical consideration, the need for robust regulatory frameworks is more pressing than ever. The workshop will bring together scholars from various disciplines to explore governance challenges, ethical considerations, and policy pathways to examine the interplay of legal, social, and technological dimensions of climate interventions, drawing on recent academic and policy debates.
