The Co-creation of Communities Research Division is involved in scientific and technological developments that use local resources to strengthen sustainability, establish academic methodologies, and develop activities for communities (local-, residential-, virtual communities and municipalities). Through action research, communities will be redesigned into places of co-creation and co-learning. A cross-sectional and autonomous approach will be used to address complex social issues, such as decarbonization of energy systems, resource circulation, ecosystem conservation, health and longevity, medical care and welfare, security and safety, well-being, and regional culture.
