The interaction between society and information technology including artificial intelligence and robotics creates various trade-off between risks and benefits, and thus requires the reconstruction of human nature, social decision-making, and institutional design. To address these issues, it is necessary to establish an international and inter-disciplinary network, and to develop methodologies and specific tools for designing the direction of future societies. In cooperation with various stakeholders, this study group conducts international and inter-disciplinary studies on future visions, tools and frameworks that contribute to technology implementation and design.
