The Security Studies Unit (SSU) of the Institute for Future Initiatives has co-hosted with the University of Tokyo’s Graduate School for Public Policy various public seminars for researchers, students and civil society with the aim of providing insights on diplomatic and security issues by inviting distinguished experts and policy practitioners in and outside Japan at meetings under the name of “SSU Forum.” The SSU Forum has provided a place for exchanging substantive and constructive views and opinions.
