First, guest speakers from Japan and the U.S. lecture on the three elements necessary for a global entrepreneurial ecosystem: “overseas mentors and investors,” “serial entrepreneurs,” and “diversity.” Next, we overview this research project. Finally, the panel discussion follows. The panelists consist of representatives of universities, support organizations, and companies.
