略歴

東京大学 未来ビジョン研究センター特任講師 (同学 高齢社会総合研究機構・千葉県柏市特別職[データ分析アドバイザー]等)。日本学術振興会特別研究員DC、東京大学高齢社会総合研究機構特任研究員、特任助教を経て2025年より現職。博士(医学)(東京大学大学院医学系研究科)、高齢社会総合研究プログラム(東京大学WINGS-GLAFS)修了、修士(健康マネジメント学)(慶應義塾大学大学院健康マネジメント学研究科)。神奈川県横浜市出身。

研究分野

活力ある地域社会の実現に向けて、フレイル予防と健康寿命の延伸を目標に、疫学と地域実装を中核とした研究開発、および政策・実践への展開に取り組んでいます。

  • 住民主体のフレイル予防活動の設計・普及・有用性検証
  • 医療・介護レセプト等のリアルワールドデータを用いた介護予防施策の評価
  • 産官学民連携によるデータ駆動型・住民参加型の地域介入モデルの構築と検証
  • 地域で活用可能なスクリーニング指標・リスクスケールの開発と妥当性評価
  • フレイルの社会的側面を中心とした多面的機序の解明
  • オーラルフレイル(口腔機能低下)と健康アウトカムの評価
  • 高齢者の薬物療法(ポリファーマシー・不適切処方等)と健康アウトカムの評価
