Yousif Elsamani特任研究員
Yousif Elsamani is a Project Researcher at the Center for Global Commons, Institute for Future Initiatives, University of Tokyo. He conducts research in the fields of innovation science and technology management, with a particular emphasis on well-being-centric frameworks and sustainability transitions. He has developed multilevel conceptual frameworks and applied advanced analytical techniques—such as bibliometric analysis and data mining—to explore the interplay between well-being and innovativeness, contributing to strategies for sustainable societal transformation.
In addition to his academic work, he brings extensive industry experience in manufacturing and technology development, having led innovation and engineering projects at multinational firms such as Faurecia (FORVIA) and Sanoh Industrial. His practical background in product development, technology transfer, and cross-functional program execution informs his research with a real-world perspective on innovation.
He holds a Ph.D. in Innovation Science from the Tokyo Institute of Technology and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
